Off-spinner Aftab Ahmed conceded just 18 runs in his 10-over stint that fetched him two wickets.Fata never really posed a challenge to last season’s runners-up once their top-order batting was uprooted with half the side going into the pavilion with only 58 runs on the board.Hussain Akbar, batting at No 10, top-scored with 28 although extras totalled 36 with Karachi bowlers generous in giving away as many as 32 runs in wides.Earlier, wicket-keeper Naeem Ahmed Khan stole the batting honours for Karachi Whites.
